Business Problem

Solution Delivered

We designed and built a multi-tenant HRMS platform covering the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, document management, attendance (biometric and mobile), leave workflows, payroll automation with statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS), and self-service employee portal. The platform serves all five business units from a single instance with isolated data and configurable policies per unit.

Solution Delivered

We executed a phased migration to AWS, converting monolithic deployments to containerized services running on ECS. An intelligent chatbot handles inbound queries, routes to the correct department, and escalates to human staff when required. All communication threads are logged against patient records.
